About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist II will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end recruitment activities, targeting a variety of roles from high-volume entry-level positions to manager-level openings. This position requires collaboration with business leaders and Talent Acquisition management to forecast and fulfill talent needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment processes for diverse roles, including high-volume entry-level and managerial positions.
  • Provide strategic consultation to business leaders regarding talent needs, workforce planning, and recruitment strategies.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to enhance recruiting processes and support ongoing workforce development.
  • Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
  • Maintain robust candidate pipelines aligned with current and upcoming hiring needs.
  • Utilize AI-driven recruiting tools and technology to optimize sourcing and candidate identification.
  • Conduct candidate screening, assessment, and interviews to ensure fit with role and organization.
  • Present qualified candidate slates to hiring managers and advise throughout the selection process.
  • Manage offer negotiations within authorization limits.
  • Ensure a positive and streamlined experience for candidates from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels including ATS, job boards, social media, referrals, and community partnerships.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company’s employer brand at recruitment events and in the broader marketplace.
  • Apply market data and talent insights to refine recruitment strategies and enhance results.
  • Focus recruitment priorities on key initiatives such as diversity and inclusion, internal mobility, and employer branding.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers, business partners, and external vendors to drive recruitment success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is required.
  • Preferred certifications include PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
  • 4 to 6 years of relevant full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably spanning multiple job levels and high-volume hiring.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and AI-enhanced recruitment solutions.
  • Industry experience in Property & Casualty Insurance and partnering on talent strategies is advantageous.

An in-person interview may be part of the hiring process. Salary ranges vary based on location, experience, and skills. State-specific pay scales include:

  • $63,410 to $117,348 for NJ, NY, WA, HI, AK, MD, CT, RI, MA
  • $57,646 to $106,680 for NV, OR, AZ, CO, WY, TX, ND, MN, MO, IL, WI, FL, GA, MI, OH, VA, PA, DE, VT, NH, ME
  • $51,881 to $96,012 for UT, ID, MT, NM, SD, NE, KS, OK, IA, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, IN, SC, NC, WV
