Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Partner will spearhead recruitment efforts primarily for our Engineering, Product, and Data departments, fostering diverse and robust talent streams. This position demands strong relationship building, innovative sourcing approaches, and proficient end-to-end hiring management. Collaboration with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand recruitment requirements, advise on effective strategies, and ensure a positive candidate journey is essential. While the role focuses on technical teams, flexibility to support business and general administrative teams is expected as needed.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruiting cycle for technical positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and stakeholder consultation.
- Develop targeted hiring strategies in partnership with technical leadership to attract and retain exceptional talent, extending support to non-technical business units.
- Employ proactive talent sourcing via networking, social platforms, and direct engagement to sustain a valuable candidate pipeline.
- Maintain a compelling candidate experience with transparent communication, consistent feedback, and strong representation of company values and culture.
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to synchronize hiring goals and share recruitment best practices.
- Champion diversity and inclusivity throughout the recruitment pipeline, reinforcing the company's commitment to equitable hiring.
- Utilize recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and candidate satisfaction to refine and optimize hiring processes continuously.
Candidate Requirements
- Over 4 years of experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle specifically for technical roles.
- Preferably at least 2 years of in-house recruiting experience.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems; familiarity with Ashby is advantageous.
- Skilled in identifying and engaging candidates through various outreach channels, including professional networking platforms and referrals.
- Capable of managing recruitment processes efficiently with a focus on speed, quality, and cooperation.
- Excellent communication skills suited to fast-paced, dynamic environments and focused on delivering an outstanding candidate journey.
- Motivated to grow in recruiting expertise and enhance recruitment workflows continuously.
Additional Advantages
- Experience with sourcing technologies like Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar engagement tools.
- Well-versed in technical talent market trends and recruitment challenges.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and compensation benchmarks specific to technical hires.

Compensation Details
The salary range for this position is $84,000 to $101,000 annually.
