Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for both contract and permanent positions.
  • Evaluate hiring needs and ensure accurate job matching within set timelines.
  • Develop and sustain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming vacancies.
  • Foster solid relationships with internal departments and external partners.
  • Collaborate with management to establish staffing plans and craft innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Engage in career fairs and maintain positive partnerships with collaborators.
  • Keep abreast of sector trends and collect market information to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Possess a diploma or degree from a recognized institution, with 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related Human Resources function preferred.
  • Basic CEI certification is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Motivated entry-level applicants and those without prior experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication capabilities for engaging with various stakeholders.
  • Clear verbal and written expression of ideas.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Additional Information

  • The role is based at Certis East Coast, Singapore.
