About the Role
Join the Human Capital team as a Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist, where you will support the hiring of strong talent and help shape a smooth onboarding journey. In this role, you will oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, work closely with hiring managers, and contribute to a positive employee experience from the first contact through successful integration.
Note: This opportunity is available to Saudi nationals only.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and define recruitment priorities.
- Draft, refine, and maintain job descriptions and hiring plans that align with business goals.
- Find suitable candidates through job portals, social networks, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
- Handle job advertising, employer branding activities, and talent pipeline building to attract strong applicants.
- Review applications, carry out initial screening interviews, and arrange interviews with hiring teams.
- Run candidate evaluations, reference validation, and background verification steps.
- Prepare employment offers, manage approval workflows, and move the process through to acceptance.
- Maintain a respectful, responsive, and professional candidate journey throughout recruitment.
- Plan and support onboarding activities for new joiners to ensure an effective transition into the company.
- Oversee onboarding paperwork, orientation sessions, and readiness tasks for the workplace.
- Check in with new employees during probation to support engagement and successful adjustment.
- Keep current with hiring trends, labor market changes, employment laws, and modern HR practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a similar discipline.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and onboarding.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
- Strong ability in interviewing, candidate evaluation, and working with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, planning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to hiring across different departments and job levels.
- Understanding of employer branding methods and talent pipeline creation.
- Awareness of labor regulations, employment rules, and accepted HR practices.
- Experience assisting with onboarding, employee engagement, and probation tracking.
- HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or PHR are considered a plus.
