Job Overview
The Talent Acquisition Manager will serve as the primary single point of contact (SPOC) for talent acquisition activities across a designated region or city within the state's zone. This role is integral to ensuring the alignment of recruitment initiatives with the business unit's manpower budget and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the HR teams of ABC business units to guarantee complete adherence between manpower budget and actual hiring figures.
- Strategically optimize the hiring source mix in accordance with the predetermined grid to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Commit to quality hiring standards by managing infant attrition rates and ensuring diversity hiring targets are met as a proportion of the overall headcount budget.
- Maintain strict timelines from candidate sourcing to offer issuance and onboarding to assure prompt recruitment lifecycle completion.
- Oversee HR compliance by ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all personnel-related formalities at the zone level, working in conjunction with HR Business Partners.
- Enforce adherence to turnaround times (TAT) and First Time Right (FTR) standards throughout key recruitment procedures.
