Role overview
This is a leadership position responsible for shaping and delivering the full recruitment lifecycle across both technical and non-technical roles. You will own hiring strategy, support workforce planning in line with business expansion, and directly manage important senior-level searches.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end talent acquisition plans for multiple business functions.
- Lead workforce planning efforts that support organisational growth objectives.
- Independently manage high-priority, senior, niche, and business-critical hiring needs.
- Partner closely with stakeholders and senior leaders to align recruitment with business requirements.
- Guide and develop recruitment team members to improve delivery outcomes.
- Use applicant tracking systems, recruitment data, and hiring metrics to improve decision-making.
- Build and maintain a strong understanding of the Singapore talent landscape, including hiring trends, compensation levels, and talent supply.
Requirements
- Solid background in full-cycle talent acquisition, ideally gained in the IT or technology sector.
- Demonstrated strength in stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Experience managing and coaching recruitment teams with proven delivery results.
- Strong knowledge of the Singapore hiring market, including salary benchmarks and candidate availability.
- Ability to handle complex senior-level or specialist recruitment assignments directly.
- Comfort using ATS platforms, recruitment analytics, and data-led hiring methods.
