Role Purpose

The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for managing the entire hiring process at BEAT81. This role focuses on attracting and selecting top-tier talent across all departments to build strong teams that drive the company’s success. The Lead also fosters a positive recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers, establishing a culture of shared responsibility, quality, and efficiency in hiring practices. This position is hands-on, directly managing recruitment efforts and supporting the growth of the talent acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end hiring across all business functions to ensure the recruitment of outstanding talent that contributes positively to the company’s culture and performance.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to coach, support, and challenge them for better recruitment decisions, fostering accountability and shared ownership in the hiring process.
• Develop robust talent pipelines, proactively source candidates including the use of AI tools, and continuously refine recruitment processes, tools, and employer branding to scale the team effectively.
• Enhance hiring standards by implementing structured interviews, data-driven decision making, and consistent recruitment practices to improve candidate quality and experience.
• Provide transparent recruitment insights through data tracking of hiring performance, pipeline health, and priorities to inform strategic decisions and investments.

Qualifications and Experience

• More than five years of experience in talent acquisition within high-growth startups, scale-ups, or tech companies.
• Demonstrated success hiring for diverse roles including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Corporate functions.
• Exceptional ability to source top candidates and leverage modern recruiting technologies, including AI applications.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management with confidence to challenge senior leadership constructively.
• Experience in structured interviewing and evidence-based hiring approaches.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse or similar platforms.
• Data-oriented mindset focused on continual recruitment process improvements.
• Proficiency in English required; German language skills are advantageous.
