Role overview
MSR Technology Group is looking for an organized, proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruiting operations within the Human Resources function in Connecticut, United States. In this contract onsite role, you will handle the administrative and coordination work that keeps the hiring process moving smoothly across the business. The position reports to the TA Operations manager/lead and focuses on day-to-day recruitment support for the client Talent Acquisition team.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate interviews across different time zones, making sure candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels are aligned.
- Handle detailed scheduling for panel interviews, executive interviews, and high-volume interview calendars.
- Act as the main contact for candidates during the interview journey, keeping them informed with timely updates and clear instructions while delivering a polished experience.
- Organize candidate travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transport, for onsite or final-round interviews.
- Manage or monitor candidate expense reimbursements according to company policy.
- Create and send interview agendas, candidate summaries, and evaluation documents to interviewers.
- Keep candidate information and status updates accurate in the applicant tracking system when needed.
- Suggest and support improvements to interview scheduling methods, tools, and workflows to save time and improve efficiency.
- Track scheduling activity and report coordination volume to help recruiting operations understand workload and trends.
- Help improve the candidate experience by spotting process gaps and recommending practical fixes.
- Provide additional administrative and coordination support for talent acquisition as business requirements change.
- Follow all relevant local, state, and federal employment rules, including OFCCP and EEOC requirements, in recruiting and hiring practices.
Experience and qualification requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent with 8 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
- Preferred background includes 1-2 years of talent acquisition coordination, administrative assistant work, or heavy calendar and meeting scheduling experience.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with internet research skills.
- Experience with Workday or similar information systems is preferred.

This is a contract position based onsite in Connecticut, United States. The role is centered on recruiting administration, candidate communication, interview logistics, and process support for a busy talent acquisition function.
