Role overview
Dahl Consulting is looking for a Recruiter to support a leading powersports and recreational vehicle manufacturer. This contract position offers the chance to handle in-house recruiting for a variety of business, technical, and operational roles while working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. The assignment runs for 6 months with possible extension or conversion.
The role is remote, with a preference for candidates based in Minnesota or within the CST/EST time zones. Standard working hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm CST. Compensation is $30 to $35 per hour on a W2 basis.
The recruiter will manage a high-volume, full-cycle process and help ensure a strong experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This position is suited to someone who is energetic, proactive, and motivated to identify strong talent quickly and consistently.
Key responsibilities
- Run end-to-end recruiting for about 15 open requisitions at a time across IT, engineering, supply chain, operations, and other business functions.
- Work with hiring managers to clarify job needs, align on the hiring plan, and shape sourcing tactics.
- Develop and carry out sourcing plans using direct outreach, including LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as applicant flow review.
- Screen candidates by phone and share well-supported recommendations with hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews with the recruiting operations team, including scheduling support and panel interview logistics.
- Lead post-interview debriefs to help managers make informed hiring decisions.
- Prepare and extend offers in coordination with HR, making sure recommendations fit the role and business requirements.
- Keep candidate and requisition records accurate and current in Workday ATS.
- Support a smooth, consistent recruiting process that reflects positively on both candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications
Required:
- At least 2 years of recruiting experience.
- Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting and deliver strong hires.
- Experience sourcing for technical IT positions.
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
- Hands-on use of candidate sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Self-starter attitude with strong energy and drive to engage top talent.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Agency recruiting background.
- Prior IT recruiting experience.
- Experience with Workday ATS.
- Ability to stay on the engagement long term.
