Key Responsibilities
- Implement effective, client-focused, and cost-efficient talent acquisition strategies to support Worley’s business objectives.
- Manage recruitment to staff critical projects aligned with business requirements.
- Ensure strict adherence to the Talent Acquisition processes as per company quality standards and policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to meet hiring needs promptly.
- Develop and maintain talent pools comprising qualified and experienced candidates.
- Establish networks to source passive candidates proficiently.
- Collaborate closely with TA teams regionally and within the Hub for seamless recruitment efforts.
- Contribute to cost management by recommending and implementing expense-efficient practices without compromising recruitment quality.
- Provide regular updates and status reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate communications between potential recruits and internal contacts.
- Work with regional and local functional leaders to share resources and knowledge effectively.
- Manage and engage third-party recruitment agencies as necessary.
- Participate in career fairs and recruitment events to attract talent.
Required Skills and Experience
- Substantial experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related discipline.
- Proven experience recruiting for large-scale projects.
- Experience within Engineering, Hydrocarbons, Oil & Gas, or Construction industries is preferred.
- Familiarity with industry search and selection sourcing methodologies.
- Experience managing social media recruitment campaigns.
- Track record of successful talent acquisition in UAE's energy sector is a strong advantage.
