Work Location and Flexibility

Role Overview
The Talent Account Executive will join the Search and Staffing team to identify and engage potential clients, generating new business opportunities within the Search and Staffing vertical. This role demands proactive outreach and handling inbound client inquiries while strategically targeting companies with tailored recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Persistently build a robust sales pipeline by establishing and nurturing relationships with prospective clients.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain full transparency with management regarding pipeline progress.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas by closing new business deals.
- Develop and implement strategic territory plans, including gathering and sharing competitive market intelligence.
- Support and mentor colleagues by sharing guidance and advice to encourage performance improvements.
- Contribute to creating and disseminating team best practices foundational to success.
- Gather market feedback and collaborate with product and marketing teams by sharing insights.
- Demonstrate initiative by addressing challenges beyond the assigned scope and undertake additional responsibilities as required.
- Seek leadership opportunities to contribute toward broader company goals.
- Travel approximately 40% of the time as needed.
Candidate Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales-related roles.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in solution-based selling techniques.
- Ability to engage multiple business stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience selling SaaS products.
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise and CXO-level relationships.
- Knowledge of software contract terms and skill in negotiating equitable deals.
- Strong forecasting accuracy and negotiation abilities.
- Capability to generate and close high-value business within a consultative sales environment.
- Analytical skills to evaluate business opportunities using data to influence decisions.
- Aptitude to handle numerous prospects concurrently while positioning solutions against a variety of competitors.
