Job description
Role Overview
This position supports the resort’s physical security technology environment, with a focus on keeping surveillance and access control platforms running reliably across front-end and back-end functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver operational support for security infrastructure, including CCTV and access control systems.
- Carry out both corrective repairs and routine preventive maintenance on all security equipment and related systems.
- Respond quickly to critical faults and restore affected systems as soon as possible to avoid interruptions to operations.
- Keep accurate records of issues and resolutions in the fault rectification log.
- Manage security system spare parts and inventory to ensure replacement stock is available when needed.
- Handle system installation work and upgrade projects tied to existing facilities or new infrastructure changes.
Requirements
- Candidates must satisfy the relevant regulatory authority’s minimum age requirement of 21 years.
- A Diploma, Higher NITEC, or NITEC from a recognised training institution is required.
- Prior experience with CCTV or card access systems is preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of electrical or electronic work is needed.
- Understanding of IT networks will be considered an advantage.
- Must be open to rotating shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
