Role overview

Resorts World Sentosa is hiring a Senior Manager to strengthen process improvement and compliance within the Business Development function. The role focuses on partnering with internal support teams, refining controls and operating procedures, and helping the business run more efficiently and in line with regulatory expectations.

What you will do

  • Act as the main point of contact between the department and support teams such as Finance, Compliance, and IT.
  • Assist in evaluating, improving, and rolling out policies, SOPs, and control measures so they stay aligned with applicable regulations.
  • Review workflows and operating methods, spot bottlenecks, recommend better approaches, and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Run and coordinate cross-functional initiatives, monitor milestones, manage schedules, and help ensure new processes are launched smoothly.
  • Develop effective working relationships, lead discussions to address operational concerns, and escalate important issues to management together with practical recommendations.
  • Handle additional assignments as needed.

What we are looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a similar discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business operations, compliance, or process improvement.
  • Well-developed analytical, planning, and project coordination capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with solid interpersonal ability.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholders and leading teams.
  • Comfort working under pressure and adapting quickly in a fast-changing environment.

Additional information

This is a full-time, onsite role based in Singapore, Singapore.
