They are embarking on a major growth and transformation journey focused on developing proprietary intelligence, modernizing product development, and embedding AI deeply within their operations.

Role Overview

The SVP, Head of Technology will be responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and execution across all Product and Technology teams including Engineering, Data, QA, Design, and Reliability. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive role will lead the buildout of an AI-native operating model and oversee technology modernization efforts to drive competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement Product and Technology strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead and scale cross-functional teams: Product, Engineering, Data, QA, Reliability, and Design
• Develop AI-powered products, workflows, and operations
• Create proprietary data assets and intelligence platforms for market advantage
• Modernize technology architecture, engineering standards, and delivery methodologies
• Establish a high-performance operating model promoting innovation, quality, and efficiency
• Ensure platform reliability, security, governance, and scalability
• Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize technology investments and transformations
• Define and monitor metrics and reporting frameworks demonstrating business value and transformation impacts
• Communicate strategic progress, priorities, and ROI to senior leaders and board members

Required Experience & Skills

• Proven executive leadership across Product, Engineering, and Technology domains
• Hands-on experience leading large-scale technology transformation initiatives
• Commercial expertise in building or deploying AI, machine learning, generative AI, or automated workflow solutions
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, modern software engineering, data platforms, and system architecture
• Ability to convert business strategies into scalable product and technology roadmaps
• Experience managing diverse teams spanning multiple product and technology functions
• In-depth understanding of data governance, analytics, and proprietary IP development
• Comfortable working within private equity-backed or results-driven organizations
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and experience presenting to executive and board audiences
• Background in AdTech, MarTech, digital media, SaaS, or data-centric technology sectors is an advantage
