Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated Product and Technology strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead and manage teams across Product, Engineering, Data, QA, Reliability, and Design departments.
• Design, build, and scale AI-driven products, workflows, and operations.
• Develop proprietary data assets and intelligence platforms that provide competitive differentiation.
• Modernize technology architecture, improve engineering methodologies, and optimize delivery processes.
• Implement a high-performance operating model that balances innovation, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee platform reliability, security, governance, and scalability.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize technology investments and transformational projects.
• Establish clear metrics and reporting systems to measure business impact and transformation success.
• Communicate strategic updates, priorities, and ROI to senior executives and board members.

Candidate Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated executive leadership across Product, Engineering, and Technology domains.
• Experience managing large-scale transformation initiatives in technology-focused organizations.
• Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, generative AI, or agentic workflow implementations.
• Strong expertise in cloud computing, contemporary software engineering, data platforms, and architecture.
• Ability to convert business strategies into scalable product and technology roadmaps.
• Proven track record managing cross-disciplinary teams including Product, Engineering, Data, and Design professionals.
• In-depth knowledge of data governance, analytical methods, and proprietary intellectual property development.
• Comfortable operating within private equity-backed or performance-driven environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience presenting to executive and board-level audiences.
• Experience in AdTech, MarTech, digital media, SaaS, or data-centered technology businesses is highly advantageous.
