The development is expected to include a guitar-shaped hotel rising nearly 700 feet, more than 3,700 guest rooms, around 175,000 square feet of gaming space, two spas, several pools, live entertainment spaces, and many restaurants, lounges, and retail venues.

Position Overview

The Senior Vice President of Marketing & Entertainment will report to the President and lead the property’s full marketing and entertainment function. This executive role is responsible for shaping strategy across advertising, communications, digital marketing, database marketing, and entertainment programming. The goal is to strengthen the brand, deepen guest connection, improve market position, and support revenue growth across all business areas.

As a key steward of the brand, this leader will keep marketing and entertainment plans aligned with company-wide priorities while staying ahead of market shifts, guest behavior changes, and competitive moves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define target audiences and turn insights into effective multi-channel campaigns and entertainment experiences.
  • Use budgets, staff, technology, and outside partners efficiently to increase impact and operating effectiveness.
  • Guide digital efforts such as SEO, SEM, social media, email, CRM, database segmentation, and digital content planning.
  • Connect marketing and entertainment strategies to improve guest experience, build loyalty, and increase on-site revenue.
  • Apply market research, guest data, and competitor intelligence to inform strategy and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Oversee divisional budgets and track performance and return on investment across marketing and entertainment initiatives.
  • Shape brand positioning, messaging, and creative materials so they remain consistent and strong across every guest touchpoint.
  • Hire, coach, and grow a high-performing team spanning marketing, digital, communications, and entertainment functions.
  • Serve as a senior representative of the brand while reflecting company values, mission, and guest experience standards.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of experience is preferred, while a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Substantial senior leadership experience in marketing, ideally gained in a casino, resort, entertainment, or hospitality setting.
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing large-scale marketing and entertainment initiatives.
  • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large operational scopes.
  • Strong command of digital marketing platforms, CRM tools, analytics systems, and modern martech solutions.
  • Excellent skills in communication, presentations, and relationship management.
  • Solid understanding of brand building, market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.

Work Environment

  • The role may involve exposure to casino conditions, including secondhand smoke and loud surroundings.
  • The position includes regular communication and coordination duties.
  • Some lifting, moving, and handling of materials may be required.
  • The work environment may involve shifts in temperature and atmospheric conditions.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Ability to build inclusive marketing strategies that support business objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting market research, customer behavior, trends, and competitor activity.
