Role Overview
The Sustainability Lead will steer RxGPT’s sustainability and ESG initiatives encompassing products, corporate operations, partnerships, and interactions with customers, collaborating tightly with the executive management team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies.
- Create and manage ESG roadmaps aligned with company goals.
- Design AI-based solutions that promote sustainability.
- Build and nurture partnerships with hospitals.
- Oversee ESG reporting and compliance.
- Engage in thought leadership activities related to sustainability.
- Provide commercial support linked to sustainability goals.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8 to 15 years of experience in Sustainability or ESG roles, preferably within healthcare or large enterprises.
- In-depth understanding of standards including GRI, SASB, TCFD, CDP, or BRSR.
- Prior experience with prominent healthcare or consulting organizations such as Apollo, Narayana, Fortis, Manipal, GE Healthcare, Philips, Siemens Healthineers, Deloitte, EY, PwC, KPMG, Accenture, IBM, Infosys, Wipro, or TCS is favored.

- Annual fixed salary: ₹2200000 CTC.
