Key Responsibilities

• Develop and consistently refine the sushi buffet with creative input aligned with current Japanese cuisine trends.
• Independently prepare sushi, expertly handling high-quality fish to maintain superior and consistent standards.
• Manage preparation and cleanup of your workstation, ensuring compliance with our quality protocols.
• Plan ingredients usage and act economically during food preparation.
• Clean kitchen equipment carefully in adherence to hygiene requirements based on food safety (HACCP) standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive professional experience as a passionate sushi chef.
• Modern and trend-aware perspective on Japanese cuisine, especially sushi.
• Culinary creativity combined with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
