Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Surveyor (Saudi National) to join our team, preferably with experience in hospitality or large-scale public facilities, given the specialized nature of the projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land and field surveys along with geodetic computations.
• Collaborate with clients and contractors to identify and confirm project survey needs.
• Ensure surveying tasks are completed on time and within allocated man-hours and budget.
• Verify setting-out and elevation levels; confirm locations of services and safeguard them.
• Create sketches supporting fieldwork and meticulously maintain survey documentation including field notes, sketches, and calculations.
• Quantify work progress as required.
• Adhere strictly to site safety protocols.
• Support the creation of ‘as-built’ drawings.
• Engage actively in health and safety matters on site under guidance of Resident Engineer and Safety Representative.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possession of a Diploma or associate degree in Land Surveying or a comparable qualification.
• A minimum of eight years’ experience in infrastructure projects.
• Proficient with CAD and survey-specific software, and experienced in operating total stations, GPS units, and data collectors.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills enabling clear and logical interactions with management and team members.
• Dedication to conducting work safely at all times.
