Role Overview
This position is a full-time, on-site Supply Chain Specialist role located at a client facility in Chandler, Arizona. The specialist will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain cycle including planning, scheduling, sourcing, purchasing, and coordinating logistics necessary to support various engineering and operational projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track inventory levels and material consumption.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with operations, procurement, and project teams to maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Analyze supply chain datasets to identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve processes, and increase efficiency.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in Supply Chain Management and Operations to efficiently handle materials flow and aid project execution.
- Proficient Inventory Management skills to sustain accurate stock counts and optimize availability.
- Effective communication skills for coordination with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret trends and support strategic enhancements.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, oil and gas, or engineering project settings is desirable.
- Familiarity with ERP or supply chain software alongside advanced Excel capability is preferred.
- Educational background including an associate or bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related areas is a plus.
- Capability to work onsite in Chandler, Arizona, handle multiple priorities, and sustain accuracy under fast-paced conditions.
