About the Role
We are collaborating with an international company to recruit a Supply Chain Process Improvement Manager on a one-year contractual basis. This role, based in Singapore, focuses on enhancing the efficiency of order fulfilment, customer service, and logistics operations. The position functions independently while closely liaising with regional teams across the US, Europe, and Asia to promote operational excellence and ongoing improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects aimed at optimizing complete order fulfilment, logistics, and customer service workflows.
- Collaborate with logistics vendors, suppliers, and cross-departmental teams to address operational challenges, manage shipment exceptions, and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Conduct root-cause analyses, engage and influence stakeholders across various functions, and implement lasting process enhancements.
- Monitor service levels, analyze operational metrics, and suggest improvements to boost efficiency, customer satisfaction, and flawless order execution.
- Support supply chain transformation initiatives triggered by organizational growth and operational shifts.
Candidate Qualifications
- Possession of a degree with 5 to 10 years of professional experience in supply chain management, customer service operations, order fulfilment, logistics, or process improvement within a regional or global context.
- Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end order management and logistics procedures.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, data analysis, and problem solving.
- Self-driven, resilient, and capable of independently resolving issues with minimal guidance.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP software is preferred.
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks is a plus.
