Role Overview

As Head of Logistics, you will be a senior leader responsible for overseeing the smooth movement of goods and materials essential to Heathrow’s operations. You will lead a talented team, promote innovation, and ensure operational excellence that aligns with the airport's strategic goals to provide exceptional service to millions of passengers and partners.

Primary Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a logistics strategy that supports Heathrow’s long-term objectives.
• Lead and motivate a team to foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations to guarantee timely, cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
• Introduce innovative approaches to increase efficiency, sustainability, and resilience in the logistics network.
• Maintain strong supplier and stakeholder relationships ensuring compliance with contracts, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Track performance indicators and pursue initiatives to meet operational excellence and financial targets.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Established experience in senior logistics or supply chain leadership within complex, high-volume settings.
