Role Summary
This position is an individual contributor role within the Supplier Quality function. It centers on coordinating supplier quality data, maintaining databases, preparing reports, and supporting audit and quality-related administrative activities across the team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and administer supplier quality databases and related applications.
- Prepare recurring reports on a scheduled basis.
- Provide administrative support to the Supplier Quality GOE team and broader supplier quality group as needed.
- Track and manage supplier quality information, including quality KPIs such as ppm and COPQ.
- Support the administration of the supplier audit plan and associated audit reports.
- Compile analyses, statistics, and reports based on supplier quality data.
- Handle general supplier quality administrative tasks such as updating QQ, monitoring CAPA paperwork, coordinating communication between site teams and suppliers, and following up on FPAP and RCCA items.
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken communication skills.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE).
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel internationally on occasion, with travel expected to be under 10%.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in multicultural work settings.
- Experience working with teams across different countries and regions through online and in-person interaction.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
