Position Overview

The SuccessFactors HR Consultant will handle the technical operation, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors and the ADP global payroll platform. This role ensures stable system performance and data integrity, manages integrations across markets, and serves as the conduit between HR, IT, Finance, and Legal departments. The consultant will independently navigate the complexities of a multi-market environment, bringing expertise in SAP SF configuration and ADP technical support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day functions and stability of SAP SuccessFactors HR modules such as Onboarding, Goal and Performance Management, Employee Central, and Reporting.
• Analyze demands and optimize SAP SF processes; assess enhancement requests and lead implementation aligned with project timelines.
• Collaborate with key users to resolve operational issues, update documentation, and support end-user training.
• Drive continual process improvements and ensure SAP SF HRIS aligns with evolving business needs across all supported regions.
• Manage backend configurations including role-based permissions, workflows, data controls, and system security.
• Coordinate biannual SAP SF updates with IT and business stakeholders.
• Create and sustain custom reports and analytics to fulfill HR data requirements for monthly reconciliations and audits.
• Provide technical support for the ADP global payroll system, ensuring configuration, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and seamless integration with SAP SF.
• Oversee vendor relationships for SAP and ADP platforms, including system upgrades, service quality, cost control, and landscape improvement suggestions.
• Act as a business partner with HR systems, collaborating with finance, legal, and leadership to implement HRIS strategies and manage complex system risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, Financial Management, or equivalent.
• Over 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors operations and configuration, with deep knowledge of HR modules, backend setup, role permissions, and post-launch management; implementation experience is essential.
• Technical experience supporting ADP payroll platform configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and vendor liaison; prior involvement in system launches or global rollouts preferred. Focus is on technical support rather than payroll structure or compensation design.
• Proven track record in global HRIS digital transformation and integration, with team leadership experience.
• Fluency in English, capable of independent communication with international teams and vendors.
• Excellent data analysis skills, including advanced Excel usage; strong logical reasoning, requirements gathering, coordination abilities, confidentiality, and multitasking across time zones.
