About the Role

Circle K located at Junction 14, M8, Gortore, Fermoy, County Cork (P61 HP52) is recruiting a full-time Subway Lead. This role works on a 37.5-hour weekly schedule distributed over 5 days and requires flexibility to work at various times throughout the week.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the daily operations and team on your shift.
• Deliver excellent customer service while actively engaging with customers.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and HACCP compliance.
• Drive sales performance and actively promote product offerings.
• Oversee merchandising of food items to attract customers.
• Prepare food items and operate the K coffee service.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a minimum of two years’ experience in a food preparation role.
• Has a detail-oriented approach with commitment to high-quality standards.
• Exemplifies a passion for customer service excellence.
• Demonstrates leadership skills with ability to guide a diverse team.
