QSR Representative - Part Time Onsite at Circle K, Hazlehurst GA

Position Overview

This role is based at Circle K store number 2745216Q located at 450 W Coffee St, Hazlehurst, Georgia 31539. We offer flexible shift scheduling to accommodate various availabilities. The position is primarily onsite and focuses on delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly and efficient service to guests ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant through regular cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
• Prepare and serve food items adhering strictly to brand standards, company policies, and health regulations.
• Ensure food quality, safety procedures, and operational protocols meet required standards.
• Accurately manage cash, sales, and inventory records for operational accuracy.
• Comply with all government laws, safety guidelines, and company policies.
• Complete incident reports promptly following the company's 5-minute rule.
• Embody company values including teamwork, integrity, ownership, and a winning attitude.

Qualifications and Physical Requirements

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and in a team setting.
• Demonstrated integrity and reliability with a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Physical ability to frequently bend, twist, kneel, squat, stand, and walk during shifts.
• Occasional climbing of ladders may be required.
• Capability to tolerate extreme temperatures and operate safely around fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, sharp tools, and loud environments.
• Manual dexterity to handle objects throughout the shift including overhead reaching.
• Capability to push, pull, lift, and carry objects weighing up to 10 lbs regularly and over 50 lbs occasionally from ground to overhead height.
