Roles Available
We seek qualified professionals for two main positions across three subject areas: Mathematics, IGCSE English, and IELTS Academic.
Subject Head / Peer Reviewer

- Verify accuracy and completeness of corrections made by SMEs.
- Confirm the correctness of questions, answers, worked solutions, reasoning, model answers, mark schemes, and band descriptors.
- Assess grade levels, difficulty, scoring, question types, and exam-board compatibility.
- Validate topic/syllabus and knowledge point alignment.

Subject-specific tasks include:

- English: Check grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, literary analysis, and ensure British English consistency.
- IELTS: Validate Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking items against official band descriptors and exam criteria; verify audio transcripts as needed.
SME Reviewer
- Conduct detailed review and correction of internally generated questions, answers, and solutions prior to final review by the Subject Head.
- Ensure academic accuracy, logical consistency, and alignment with grade levels and exam-board styles.
- Rework and rectify all detected errors including calculations, grammar, phrasing, notation, visuals, and audio transcripts.
- Improve clarity, formatting, and overall assessment quality.
- Flag questions with serious academic flaws or poor alignment for replacement.
- Guarantee British English usage and maintain content originality and cohesiveness.
Subject-specific tasks include:
- Mathematics: Review calculations, logic, equations, and diagrams for accuracy.
- English: Evaluate grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, literary critique, and mark scheme fit.
