Key Responsibilities

Welcoming and assisting visitors during the exhibition
Conducting ticket checks and admission control
Distributing and collecting audio guides and VR headsets
Monitoring exhibition rooms to ensure proper conduct
Selling entrance tickets and souvenir items
Operating a modern touchscreen cash register
Labeling and presenting merchandise products
Maintaining general order and cleanliness at the venue

Candidate Profile

Currently enrolled at a university or technical college
At least 18 years old
Friendly, approachable, and well-groomed presence
Customer-oriented mindset and service focus
Enjoyment and enthusiasm when engaging with guests
Excellent German language skills; additional foreign languages are a plus
