About the Role

As a barista at our Sarnia location, you'll craft memorable coffee experiences for customers while working in a lively environment that encourages learning and teamwork. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service that creates a welcoming Starbucks experience.
- Prepare beverages and food items following standard recipes or customer preferences, including modifications.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain store safety protocols diligently.
- Maintain an orderly and clean workspace in a fast-paced store setting.
- Engage warmly with team members and customers to foster a collaborative atmosphere.
Required Attributes and Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to quickly learn beverage crafts and operational procedures.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining composure in a busy environment.
- Availability for flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance with or without reasonable accommodation.
