Role overview
Eram Talent is hiring a Student Advisor in Saudi Arabia to support students with their academic planning and career direction. The position focuses on helping students make informed choices about their studies, application steps, and personal growth so they can progress toward their educational and professional objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Guide students in choosing academic programs, selecting courses, and exploring career paths that align with their interests and long-term goals.
- Share clear information about admissions requirements, financial assistance options, and scholarship opportunities.
- Hold individual counseling meetings to assess strengths, identify development areas, and suggest practical ways to improve performance.
- Plan and run workshops, seminars, and student-focused events that encourage learning and engagement.
- Stay current on education policies, university offerings, and labor market developments relevant to students.
- Work closely with faculty and administrative teams to improve student experience and support retention initiatives.
- Record student interactions and outcomes accurately for reporting, follow-up, and service improvement.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Human Resources, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in an educational or training setting, preferably in trainee affairs or student support.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with a strong focus on student needs.
- Ability to create trust, maintain professional relationships, and communicate effectively with students and other stakeholders.
- Good understanding of academic options and career opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office tools and student management systems.
- Strong English language skills; Arabic is considered a major plus.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to helping students succeed.

This is a contract role based onsite in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia.
