Role overview
Eram Talent is hiring a thorough and insight-driven Financial Analyst for its Saudi Arabia operations in Dammam. In this role, you will help interpret financial data, build reports, and contribute to decisions that strengthen performance and support business expansion. The position calls for a sharp eye for detail, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver financial and commercial analysis to help senior leaders make informed decisions.
- Examine affiliate board materials and turn them into concise management briefings.
- Carry out financial reviews, due diligence work, and investment assessments.
- Analyze impairment studies and financial evaluations connected to acquisitions.
- Assist with financial reporting activities and IFRS compliance needs.
- Work closely with internal teams and subject matter experts on affiliate-related topics.
- Help ensure alignment with corporate governance policies and frameworks.
- Draft reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.
- Guide and support junior colleagues when needed.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- Professional credentials such as CPA, CA, or CFA are preferred/expected.
- You should bring 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, financial analysis, consulting, or corporate advisory work.
- Strong working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) is essential.
- Hands-on experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, and corporate governance is needed.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are required.
- You must be able to prepare and present material clearly for senior management.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities are important.
- Comfort with handling multiple priorities and working independently is necessary.
- Experience in a multicultural workplace is preferred.
