As a Striker (Field Sales Representative), you will own a defined territory and work across a mix of corporate, independent retail, grocery, and P&C accounts. Your focus will be to improve distribution, availability, and in-store execution of Red Bull products while consistently representing the brand to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of an assigned territory and work toward key targets and performance measures.
  • Deliver excellent execution across independent, corporate grocery, and P&C customer accounts.
  • Build strong working relationships with third-party partners to create territory wins.
  • Use effective sales techniques and apply Red Bull’s MVP values in day-to-day work.
  • Plan and complete all scheduled account visits within the designated territory.
  • Maintain regular and effective visitation to allocated accounts.
  • Expand the width and depth of distribution within existing customer accounts.
  • Convert new business opportunities in non-traditional channels.
  • Grow relationships with key customers and potential new leads.
  • Drive Red Bull’s in-store visibility in line with Perfect Store standards.
  • Secure cold can and cashier placements across all channels.
  • Increase product availability and shelf space using category insights.
  • Presell and execute displays during key promotional windows across corporate and independent accounts.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of sales experience is required; FMCG experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and commercial selling skills.
  • Well-organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
  • Must hold a valid full driver’s licence.
  • Strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Must be qualified to work in Australia and able to provide evidence if requested to meet migration compliance requirements.
