What you will do

This Senior Associate position offers exposure to a variety of strategy engagements, including corporate strategy, growth strategy, market entry, route-to-market planning, M&A strategy, and commercial due diligence.

• Work with clients to shape 3–5 year strategic plans for their businesses.
• Support buy-side and vendor commercial due diligence assignments.
• Help scope projects, lead analysis, and drive delivery across multiple client accounts and industries.
• Take ownership of workstreams or full projects from start to finish with guidance from senior team members.
• Lead smaller teams, review outputs, and coach colleagues to produce high-quality client deliverables.

What the team is looking for

Applicants should hold a degree and bring at least 3 years of experience in strategy consulting. Strong communication skills are important, especially the ability to build convincing presentations and narratives using data, market insights, and business drivers.

The ideal candidate is proactive, inquisitive, and comfortable taking responsibility for projects or individual workstreams. A strong analytical mindset and proven financial modelling experience are essential, along with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
