Job description
Role Overview
The Business Strategy & Operations team plays a critical role in providing key analytic insights, ensuring cross-functional goal alignment, and driving strategic partnership initiatives within Google. This team focuses on bridging high-level corporate priorities with effective daily operations, advancing early-stage concepts into scalable growth initiatives.
The position in the Product Go-To-Market Team centers on driving growth in the APAC Large Customer Sales segment by developing and executing media incentive products, tools, and best practice programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a subject matter expert on commercial agreements across the APAC region.
- Proactively craft and implement impactful go-to-market commercial strategies to motivate client engagement and product growth.
- Collaborate on the design and rollout of regional activation initiatives, including guidance, process development, training, contract enablement, and building supportive ecosystems.
- Engage and influence product executives, sales leaders, and cross-disciplinary teams to adopt strategies and product features aimed at accelerating APAC large customer sales.
- Work closely with specialists, agencies, and sales leadership in key APAC markets to pursue major growth opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 4 years’ experience in product strategy, operations, sales, or agency commercial roles.
- Preferred experience includes familiarity working with advertisers and agencies, understanding competitive landscapes, and solid knowledge of marketing and media buying.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to handle complex and ambiguous situations.
- Demonstrated ability to convey ideas clearly, build strong relationships, manage conflicts effectively, and influence others.
