This opportunity is with a major global technology business known for leading work in digital advertising. The company develops advanced products and experiences for both consumers and business clients across the EMEA region.

You will join a prominent advertising team with international reach, supporting advertisers across mobile app ecosystems in a high-impact environment.

Role Overview

As the B2B Marketing Strategy Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering marketing activity that supports the EMEA commercial sales organisation, with a focus on business clients in technology, media, and brand advertising.

This is a maternity leave contract role.

Key Duties

  • Lead the marketing direction and associated programmes that back the regional sales team across EMEA.
  • Develop, tailor, and refine sales-enablement assets for different markets, including presentations, campaign materials, sales packs, and value propositions for advertising offerings.
  • Prepare and present targeted marketing collateral, regional campaigns, and client-facing materials designed to increase B2B interest and commercial demand.
  • Plan and deliver impactful client events, both in person and online, across Europe including locations such as Paris and Berlin, handling the process from concept through execution without using external agencies.
  • Act as a strategic partner to regional sales leaders by converting market intelligence, client feedback, and local priorities into practical go-to-market recommendations.
  • Coordinate with global cross-functional teams to maintain brand alignment while ensuring content and messaging are adapted appropriately for local markets.
  • Track and assess the results of demand-generation initiatives, using sales performance and campaign data to improve future activity.
  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery, actively driving projects forward while also managing execution details.

Required Experience and Skills

The ideal candidate will bring substantial B2B marketing experience, ideally gained in technology or advertising environments.

You should be confident working with senior sales stakeholders and cross-functional teams at a global level.

This role calls for a person who can think strategically while also operating as a proactive self-starter who can manage complex work with limited supervision.

Strong writing, communication, content development, and localisation abilities are important.

You should understand the commercial and cultural differences across EMEA markets and be able to adapt marketing approaches for various countries and client types.

Experience planning and delivering client events end-to-end, without agency support, is essential.

It is also important that you can manage several projects at once within a distributed team structure.
