Job description
Department
Sales & Business Development
About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Growth Executive to help enterprise clients achieve measurable outcomes through digital transformation, AI, automation, data, and modern technology platforms. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to senior decision-makers while identifying, shaping, and closing complex consulting and technology opportunities across North America.
You will contribute to Trinetix’s expansion in large organizations by building senior-level relationships, developing strategic partnerships, and positioning the company as a trusted advisor for digital transformation and AI consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a durable pipeline of qualified enterprise prospects through market outreach, executive networking, referrals, industry events, partnerships, and focused account-based sales efforts.
- Establish and nurture relationships with C-suite leaders, business stakeholders, and other key decision-makers in target accounts.
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders and help guide digital, AI, operational, and broader business transformation initiatives.
- Lead discovery calls, executive-level presentations, proposal creation, negotiations, and contract conversations across complex sales processes.
- Work with executive stakeholders to uncover opportunities involving AI, automation, cloud, data platforms, and modern delivery models that support innovation and growth.
- Create account expansion plans that deepen Trinetix’s presence within enterprise organizations.
- Research market developments, competitor positioning, and new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to align go-to-market priorities and solution offerings.
- Keep CRM records accurate for pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity management.
- Focus on selling business results instead of staffing models by helping clients modernize technology, improve efficiency, and scale AI adoption.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting sales, digital transformation services, IT services, or complex B2B consulting sales.
- Strong history of creating new business and consistently surpassing revenue targets.
- Background in selling consulting, software engineering, managed services, AI, cloud, data, and digital transformation engagements.
- Experience closing enterprise deals in the $500K to $10M+ range.
- Proven ability to manage lengthy enterprise sales cycles and relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in one or more priority industries such as Healthcare, Manufacturing, Logistics, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Retail, or Technology is highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of the software development lifecycle and modern technology delivery approaches.
- Strong executive presence, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Sound business judgment, strategic thinking, and consultative sales capability.
- Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and manage a structured pipeline effectively.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The strongest fit for this role is someone who can independently generate multi-million-dollar pipelines, close complex enterprise deals, and operate as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
Benefits
- Competitive compensation package
- Comprehensive healthcare coverage
- 401(k) plan
- Paid holidays and PTO
- Team events and a collaborative workplace culture
