About the Role

Trinetix is hiring a Strategic Growth Executive to accelerate enterprise growth by helping organizations adopt digital transformation, AI, automation, data, and modern technology platforms to deliver measurable business results. In this position, you will act as a trusted partner to senior executives while uncovering, shaping, and closing complex consulting and technology opportunities across North America.

You will contribute directly to Trinetix’s expansion in enterprise accounts by building executive-level relationships, forming strategic partnerships, and positioning the company as a credible advisor for digital transformation and AI-led consulting engagements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and grow a consistent pipeline of qualified enterprise prospects through market outreach, executive networking, referrals, industry events, strategic alliances, and account-based selling.
  • Develop trusted relationships with C-suite leaders, business heads, and other influential stakeholders across target accounts.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior decision-makers and help define digital, AI, operational, and broader business transformation initiatives.
  • Run discovery meetings, deliver executive presentations, prepare proposals, support negotiations, and progress contracts through complex sales cycles.
  • Work with executive stakeholders to spot opportunities involving AI, automation, cloud solutions, data platforms, and modern delivery approaches that support innovation and growth.
  • Design account expansion plans that increase Trinetix’s presence and share within enterprise organizations.
  • Research market trends, competitor activity, and new business opportunities across relevant industries.
  • Coordinate with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams to align go-to-market plans and solution positioning.
  • Keep CRM records current and accurate for pipeline tracking, forecasting, and opportunity management.
  • Focus on selling measurable business outcomes rather than staffing, helping clients modernize technology, improve efficiency, and scale AI adoption.

Requirements

Experience

  • 7-10+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting sales, digital transformation services, IT services, or complex B2B consulting sales.
  • Demonstrated success in creating net-new business and consistently exceeding revenue goals.
  • Background selling consulting, software engineering, managed services, AI, cloud, data, and digital transformation engagements.
  • Experience closing enterprise deals in the $500K to $10M+ range.
  • Proven ability to manage long, complex enterprise sales cycles and executive stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in one or more priority sectors such as Healthcare, Manufacturing, Logistics, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Retail, or Technology is strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of the software development life cycle and modern technology delivery models.
