About the role
In this Store Manager position, you will lead and support a team of 4 to 5 people while helping drive the performance of the flagship Harbour Town store. The role calls for someone who can motivate others, keep customer styling at the center of the shopping experience, and consistently work toward exceeding sales targets. A background in sales or management is important, along with the ability to lead by example on the shop floor.
Responsibilities
- Guide, coach, and inspire a small retail team to achieve strong results.
- Support day-to-day store performance at the Harbour Town flagship location.
- Keep customer styling and service at the heart of the in-store experience.
- Drive sales activity and work toward surpassing key performance indicators.
- Set the tone on the shop floor through hands-on leadership and positive example.
Skills and experience
- At least 1 year of store management experience is highly valued.
- Proven ability to lead, encourage, and support a high-performing sales team.
- Genuine interest in styling and helping customers feel confident in their purchase.
- Positive, collaborative attitude with a focus on building a supportive workplace.
- Strong motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
