About the role

This position is for a Store Manager to take charge of a flagship store in Byron Bay and lead a team of 5. The focus is on delivering an excellent customer journey, coaching the team to feel confident and capable, and consistently lifting store performance against key targets.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead, support, and develop a retail team of five in a flagship location.
  • Set the standard for an outstanding in-store customer experience.
  • Coach the team to work confidently and deliver excellent service.
  • Drive store results and work toward exceeding sales and KPI expectations.
  • Ensure product presentation is strong through effective visual merchandising.

Skills and experience

  • Experience managing an apparel retail store is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to lead and coach a high-performing team with confidence.
  • Proven experience guiding a team toward KPI achievement.
  • Good visual merchandising knowledge to keep the range presented attractively.
  • A genuine interest in fashion and current trends.
