Role Overview
The Store Manager at the Fyshwick Showroom will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to meet and surpass sales goals. The role requires fostering a positive work environment while maintaining operational standards and executing strategic plans in collaboration with senior management.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead and nurture the showroom sales staff to cultivate a culture of enthusiasm and teamwork.
- Drive sales through expert customer service and comprehensive product knowledge.
- Address customer issues promptly and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Work alongside the Regional Sales Manager to formulate and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain showroom presentation standards and enforce safety and merchandising guidelines.
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in furniture or other valued product categories like jewellery, automobiles, bedding, luxury goods, or travel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive disposition, embracing a growth mindset.
