About the Role
We are looking for reliable and motivated support in the Zwickau area for a growing company in the security sector. The role focuses on protecting people, goods, and store operations through attentive presence and professional conduct. This is a permanent full-time position with a 40-hour workweek and an immediate start possible.
The pay is between 16.00 and 25.00 EUR per hour, depending on qualifications and the area of responsibility.
Key Duties
- Monitor activity on the sales floor and spot behavior that may indicate theft or other suspicious incidents.
- Carry out regular patrols through the store to help safeguard merchandise and store assets.
- Record incidents carefully and prepare written reports on theft, unusual behavior, and other relevant events.
- Work closely with store staff to support a safe and secure shopping environment.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security alerts and assist in clarifying incidents.
