Key Responsibilities
- Receive and manage incoming emergency calls promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate deployment of emergency personnel and technical services.
- Document incidents and the actions taken during response.
- Maintain communication with customers, authorities, and first responders.
- Monitor alarm and security systems to ensure timely response.
Compensation
Hourly wage ranges from 18 to 25 euros, depending on qualifications and assignment areas.
