About the Role
An internal promotion in the Bibra Lake office has opened up a full-time, permanent opportunity for a motivated Store Coordinator to join the logistics team in a busy, fast-moving environment. The role is based onsite and works Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. It is well suited to someone seeking stability and long-term growth in logistics, inventory, and wholesale distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Track incoming purchase orders and oversee container unpacking for the branch.
- Monitor stock transfers that are awaiting action, along with consignment inventory.
- Review store reports, update stock records, and reprint reports when required.
- Prepare and complete consignment notes.
- Carry out stocktakes and examine any variances or shortages.
- Organise product placement and stock locations within the warehouse.
- Process stock conversions and associated transfers.
- Arrange returns for empty intermediate bulk containers (IBCs) from customers.
- Identify and help resolve quality issues within ERP systems.
- Print and dispatch Emergency Information Panels (EIPs).
What You Will Bring
The right person will communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, be comfortable with numbers, manage time effectively, and work confidently with Microsoft tools and online platforms.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Practical knowledge of warehousing, shipping, and distribution workflows.
- Current Australian forklift licence (LF) is an advantage, though not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and take initiative.
- Good confidence using online systems and basic numerical skills.
- Physically able to lift stock when needed.
- Comfortable dealing with customers, transport and shipping providers, and internal teams.
