Store Assistant cum Driver

Job Overview

We are seeking a responsible Store Assistant cum Driver to join our team. This role involves managing inventory, handling warehouse operations, and conducting delivery tasks efficiently to ensure smooth logistics and stock management.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming finished goods and raw materials, store and organize them systematically.
• Accurately pick, pack, and issue stock items as per requirements.
• Maintain precise inventory records including stock receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments using ZOHO Inventory system.
• Prepare customer orders for delivery, load goods, conduct deliveries, and collect orders as scheduled.
• Verify delivery paperwork and obtain proof of delivery when necessary.
• Assist in loading and unloading activities while ensuring the warehouse remains clean, safe, and orderly.
• Conduct periodic stock counts and promptly report any discrepancies in inventory.
• Perform regular inspections of the company vehicle, keeping it clean and properly maintained.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and comply with all traffic regulations during transport.
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by supervision to support operational needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of O Level or equivalent.
• Possession of a valid Singapore driving licence is mandatory.
• Preferred to have a minimum of one year experience in warehouse, storekeeping, inventory management, or delivery services.
• Basic proficiency with computers, especially in using inventory management software like ZOHO Inventory.
• Physically capable to safely lift and handle goods as part of job duties.
