Overview

No Frills is seeking a full-time Store Administrator for its Fredericton, New Brunswick location. This role supports store operations through administrative, HR, and basic finance-related work in a fast-paced retail setting. What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for colleagues with HR-related questions.
  • Handle foundational accounting tasks, including payroll support and accounts payable.
  • Support hiring for hourly roles by coordinating job ads, interviews, and onboarding orientations.
  • Keep employee records up to date and accurate.
  • Carry out office and administrative tasks assigned by the Store Manager.
  • Continuously look for strong candidates who could join the team.
  • Help build and guide diverse teams that promote inclusion and a sense of belonging.
