The team helps employees grow by providing tools, opportunities, and support for career development while encouraging healthy work-life balance. A strong focus on culture, inclusion, and belonging shapes how the team works every day.
What You’ll Do
This role is designed for someone who is proactive, well organized, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment. You will support end-to-end recruitment activity and talent acquisition operations, partnering with the TA Manager to help deliver hiring needs across the business, especially for high-volume roles such as inbound call center, associate-level positions, and early-career hiring in Singapore.
Recruitment and Hiring Delivery
- Assist the TA Manager with full recruitment cycles to meet workforce and hiring targets.
- Handle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding support for inbound call center, associate-level, and early-career roles.
- Support large-scale hiring efforts while keeping candidate experience positive.
- Develop talent pools through job boards, referrals, social media, campus relationships, and other sourcing routes.
- Help coordinate early-career hiring and campus outreach activities with educational institutions where needed.
- Carry out first-round screening and assessment to check fit with role expectations and company culture.
- Arrange interviews efficiently with candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare offers and recruitment documents in line with internal procedures and policies.
- Assist with hiring events, career fairs, walk-in drives, and selected employer branding activities as required.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify hiring priorities, timelines, and staffing needs.
- Share regular progress updates and recruitment status reports with the TA Manager and other relevant stakeholders.
- Respond to candidate and internal recruitment queries promptly and professionally.
TA Operations and Reporting
- Support daily talent acquisition administration to keep recruitment workflows running smoothly.
- Maintain accurate candidate data, trackers, and ATS/database records.
- Assist with recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and data consolidation tasks.
- Contribute to process improvements that raise recruitment efficiency and improve candidate experience.
- Ensure all hiring activity follows internal processes, policies, and documentation standards.
What You Need to Succeed
The ideal candidate will be resourceful, people-focused, and highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple hiring priorities. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills are essential. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced setting and able to follow through on tasks with accuracy and consistency.
Education and Experience
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is expected. Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition operations is preferred, especially in high-volume hiring or the financial services sector. Experience supporting call center, operations, or early-career hiring will be an advantage.
Tools and Technical Skills
You should be proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with recruitment systems or ATS platforms.
Workplace Expectations
AIG values in-person collaboration and expects team members to be primarily office-based. This approach supports strong teamwork, smoother coordination, and a connected environment for colleagues and clients.
