Key role focus

Responsibilities

• Help manage daily stockroom activity, including logistics, inventory control, and moving stock to the shop floor efficiently.
• Support the management team by identifying resource needs to meet stockroom operating requirements and maintain a premium stockroom model.
• Represent the company’s products and values in a way that is engaging and aligned with the brand.
• Ensure retail back-of-house operations follow global standards, procedures, policies, and compliance requirements, while contributing ideas to improve the factory outlet experience.
• Help drive store profitability by working toward or exceeding sales and profit goals.
• Assist in delivering an excellent consumer experience while supporting commercial objectives.

Preferred experience

Previous experience in any of the following will be viewed favorably:

• Retail team leadership in men’s or women’s apparel
• Retail team leadership in sports footwear
• Stockroom procedures and back-of-house operations
