An established global sportswear company is hiring an experienced Stockroom Specialist for its Onehunga Factory Outlet in New Zealand. This is a full-time onsite role, and the schedule includes both weekday and weekend shifts. The business is expanding across the Pacific region and is looking for someone who can support store operations and contribute to the growth of the retail team.

Key role focus
This position works closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to keep stockroom operations running smoothly, support back-of-house standards, and help create a premium outlet experience. The role also involves representing the brand values and helping the store meet commercial goals.

Responsibilities
- Help manage daily stockroom activity, including logistics, inventory control, and moving stock to the shop floor efficiently.
- Support the management team by identifying resource needs to meet stockroom operating requirements and maintain a premium stockroom model.
- Represent the company’s products and values in a way that is engaging and aligned with the brand.
- Ensure retail back-of-house operations follow global standards, procedures, policies, and compliance requirements, while contributing ideas to improve the factory outlet experience.
- Help drive store profitability by working toward or exceeding sales and profit goals.
- Assist in delivering an excellent consumer experience while supporting commercial objectives.
Preferred experience
Previous experience in any of the following will be viewed favorably:
- Retail team leadership in men’s or women’s apparel
- Retail team leadership in sports footwear
- Stockroom procedures and back-of-house operations
