Role Overview

We are recruiting a self-driven, motivated, and committed Stock Keeper (m/w/d) for the TOD'S store located at Berlin KaDeWe.

Key Responsibilities

• Performing and monitoring merchandise movements accurately.
• Precisely labeling goods.
• Maintaining tidiness and order in the warehouse area daily.
• Preparing and executing inventory counts.
• Overseeing and managing product check-in and check-out.
• Handling procurement for office and warehouse supplies.
• Controlling and maintaining the product assortment.
• Assisting in customer consultation and sales on the shop floor.
• Supporting omnichannel retail activities.
• Processing complaints and returns effectively.

Candidate Profile

• Professional experience as a warehouse operator, preferably within the luxury goods sector.
• Completed training in retail or an equivalent qualification.
• Strong enthusiasm for the brand and premium quality products.
• Elegant demeanor, positive attitude, and enjoyment of teamwork.
• Quick comprehension and adaptability.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• High sense of responsibility.
• Knowledge of SAP and Excel considered advantageous.
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are beneficial.
