Key Responsibilities
- Deliver highly professional, service-focused support to both local and international customers.
- Build and strengthen customer loyalty through careful and consistent client relationship management.
- Assist with the setup, decoration, and visual presentation of the sales floor.
- Support incoming goods checks and ensure proper storage and stock organisation.
- Help the boutique management team with local events.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, ideally within the luxury sector.
- Completed vocational training in retail or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong enthusiasm for the brand and its high-quality products.
- Enjoy working with demanding international customers and showing empathy in service situations.
- Well-groomed appearance, positive presence, and genuine enjoyment of teamwork.
- Quick understanding and the ability to adapt easily.
- Business-level German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
