Role Overview

We are seeking a part-time Stock Associate to join our Dior boutique team in Riyadh. This role involves supporting the daily inventory operations by ensuring accurate stock management, product availability, and contributing to smooth daily boutique activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving shipments and processing deliveries, ensuring products are accurately recorded.
• Organizing and storing products in line with Dior's standards of care and presentation.
• Replenishing stock to support boutique operations effectively.
• Executing stock transfers and other product movements as required.
• Monitoring and reporting any inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, or stock-related issues.
• Assisting with weekly, monthly, and annual inventory checks to maintain precise stock records.
• Adhering strictly to Dior procedures relating to stock handling, product protection, security tagging, pricing, and stock arrangement.
• Ensuring secure storage and careful handling of all products.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient working environment for inventory management.
• Supporting enhancements in inventory processes to boost operational efficiency.
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the management team.

Candidate Profile

• Must be a Saudi national.
• Previous experience in retail, inventory operations, or a similar area is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Initiative and a high sense of responsibility.
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
• Flexibility and commitment to task completion.
• Capability to lift and carry products weighing up to 15 kilograms and to stand or move for extended periods.

Additional Information

• This is a part-time role requiring six hours of work daily, five days a week.
• Flexibility to adjust work hours based on boutique operational requirements.
